AICPA Wellness Partnership

with MaryBeth Hyland

A scalable wellness partnership that helps AICPA attendees stay focused, reduce overwhelm, and have clear, values-aligned next steps—before, during, and after every conference

Together, we’ll create:

  • Higher session ROI: more presence, retention, and actionable takeaways

  • Less information overload: simple practices that prevent burnout and fatigue

  • Clearer decision-making and prioritization: guiding attendees to strategize on what matters most

  • A repeatable world-class experience: an evergreen, energizing wellness framework you can use across conferences

  • Why This Partnership Matters

Every AICPA conference delivers world-class content. The challenge is that the richer the agenda, the more likely attendees are to leave inspired—but mentally maxed out. When the days are packed and the brain is overloaded, even the best sessions compete with fatigue, distraction, and a swirl of “Where do I even start when I get home?”

This partnership closes the gap between inspiration and implementation by weaving brief, accessible wellness tools into the attendee journey. These simple practices help people reset their nervous system, regain focus, and make clearer choices about what matters most—so they don’t just consume information, they integrate it. The result: attendees arrive more grounded, stay more present, and leave with 3–5 meaningful, values-aligned commitments they’re far more likely to follow through on.

Together, we can elevate the Zen Room from a nice-to-have amenity into a strategic engagement tool that strengthens the ROI of every session and enhances the overall attendee experience. Building on our success together in 2025, this partnership supports members before, during, and after each event—reducing overwhelm, improving clarity, and increasing repeat attendance through a wellness framework that’s simple, scalable, and repeatable across conferences

    Pre & Post Conference Micro-Workshops (10–15 Minutes)

Take the pressure off leaders and their teams to figure out their conference strategy on their own. These simple, effective custom workshops guide participants to get clarity, focus and grounding before they arrive and after they leave. These can be offered live with Q&A or pre-recorded on-demand.

    Pre-Conference Intention Setting

Help attendees clarify why they’re attending, what matters most, and how to choose sessions that will help them achieve their goals. The online format will ensure that leaders and their teams can convene before their arrival to create a clear strategy and gain their greatest return on investment.

    Post-Conference Integration

When the conference ends, information swirls and often gets stuck in analysis paralysis instead of aligned action. This micro workshop will help attendees release “do everything” pressure and information overload, and identify 3–5 key next steps that align with their strategic goals and intentions, ensuring they get what they came for.

    Investment:

$500 per pre-recorded 10-15 minute custom session per conference

$2,000 for up to 1-hour live session with Q&A

    Recommendation:

Pre and post conference pre-recorded sessions

    Livestream Unity with Nature

Transport your attendees outdoors with a breath of fresh air from the mountains of Idaho (Spring - Fall) or the desert of Arizona (Winter) to get a one-of-a-kind wellness check with the healing power of horses and nature. These unique sessions can be an interactive livestreamed on the big screen or pre-recorded. Always customized to align with your conference's themes and goals.

    Sample topics:

  • From Overwhelm to Clarity: Resetting Your Nervous System in Nature

  • Embodied Presence: How to Actually Be Here Now (Not in Your Inbox)

  • Rewilding Your Inner Nature: Shed the “Shoulds” and Embrace Your Natural Rhythm

    $750 for 10 - 15 minutes pre-recorded

    Recommendation:

Livestream on the science of the healing properties of nature and how to harness that for personal empowerment and leadership.
