Brooke,
I appreciate how deeply invested you and your clients are in fostering a strong, cohesive leadership team. Thank you for reaching out to me on behalf of Residential One to explore how I might be able to support their goals for:
1. Better open communication between the leadership team.
2. More trust and teamwork between the executive team.
3. Increased productivity.
With evolving challenges in the residential housing space, clear communication, trust, and collaboration are more important than ever.
As your team of 10 leaders continues to learn what’s working and what isn’t, the coming months present an opportunity to cultivate a culture of values-driven communication and boundary-setting. This will empower them to foster deeper trust, improve team alignment, and create a more productive and engaged leadership environment.
Below is a custom-designed scope of work based on your insights into what would best support the Residential One team at this time.
Pre-Boundary Setting Coaching Session: I'll go deeper into preparing each team member for their next big boundary-setting conversation, ensuring they're ready to move forward with confidence. We’ll get clear on their language and how to uplevel their mindset and body before, during, and after setting their boundary. (~30-45 mins)
Post-Boundary Setting Coaching Session: We’ll debrief, refine their approach, and build an action plan for future boundary-setting success. They’ll be celebrated, supported, and given the tools to keep strengthening their boundary-setting muscles by meeting them where they are. (~30-45 mins)
